Due to the constant growth of Africa’s population (population doubles to 2.5 billion people by 2050), the continent needs 20 million new jobs annually. Is Your Business Eligible?
To be eligible for the program, Startups, SMEs, and NGOs can apply if they meet the following criteria:
- Must be incorporated in Ghana
- Have been in operation for at least 3 years
- Has a tech or tech-enabled solution designed to improve educational outcomes in Ghana
- Growth stage – working product with active users
- Potential to reach at least 8,000 learners
- Inclusive and diverse team passionate about education

GIZ Ghana-We are hiring! Position: Office Manager
Job Role: Office Manager
Reports to: Team Lead
Contract Duration: Until 31.12.25
Location: Accra
Tasks:
Assist in the organization of events, meetings and workshops and support with corresponding documentations within the project.
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring the implementation of projects with partners.
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation of the project completion and evaluation reports.
- Support with administrative procedures for Project Managers with regards to Travel Requests and Events.
- Handle the purchase and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational.
- Manage project inventory in WINPACCS and maintain an organized filing system for all inventory-related documents.
- Coordinate and supervise support staff, including drivers and cleaning personnel, to ensure seamless office operations.
- Lead the planning and coordination of office events, team-building activities, and other cultural celebrations to foster a positive workplace
environment. - Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained by liaising with cleaning staff and overseeing repairs or renovations as needed
- Assist in the onboarding process of new staff for the project.

University of Glasgow African Excellence Award Scholarship aimed at supporting students from 54 African countries to pursue a postgraduate program.
The University of Glasgow African Excellence Award aims to support high achieving students from across Africa in their journey to become Future World Changers. We are looking for students who wish to undertake Masters level study, to further develop their knowledge and skills, in order to positively contribute to their community in the future.
The University is offering up to 15 scholarships for International students from Africa, starting a 1 year postgraduate taught Masters program, in any discipline for academic session 2025/26. The scholarship is a full tuition fee waiver.
